Forest Green chasing Preece
Harriers triallist Mark Preece is being chased by Conference National rivals Forest Green Rovers. Rovers boss Gary Owers is keen on the 18-year old former Bristol Rovers centre-back who has appeared for the Gloucestershire club in two friendlies against Swindon and Bristol City.
Rovers boss Owers said:
Mark has done well for us in the friendlies and I like him as a lad. The problem we have is that he's playing half a game for us one day and half a game for Kidderminster the next, when ideally I would like a longer look at him. He's one of a few options we're looking at and we're aiming to sort things out in the next seven to 10 days.
