Bromsgrove 0 v 4 Harriers

Such a scoreline ten years ago would have filled the hearts of Kiddy fans with joy but, nowadays, it simply signals an efficient friendly win against opposition from lower down the pyramid.
Mark Yates again chose to cycle his group of players between both halves of the game, but the Harriers still managed a convincing victory on a hot day.

Harriers goals came from the impressive Sedgemore, Michael McGrath, Bob Taylor and Scott Eaton.
Steve May, a right-back formerly with Brighton, played the first 45 minutes and was the only new trialist of the game. Of the previous trialists, only Brian Smikle, who again impressed, Jordan Fitzpatrick, Mark Preece, Martin Naylor and Scott Eaton remained.
After the game, boss Yates talked about the problems he and assistant Neil Howarth faced in deciding who of the unsigned players to offer deals to.
